When a tournament shows in the Replay Poker Lobby, it will have a number of different Status types. The Status type usually depends on the start time of the tournament. These are the status types that you will see in the Replay Poker Lobby:
Announced
All tournaments are "Announced" when they first appear in the Lobby. This is so players can see the tournaments that are happening later in the day or even further ahead for promotions and other important events. This allows players to plan the tournaments they would like to play.
Registering
A certain period before the start time, registration will open and players can pay their entry and fee. The registration period for different events will vary. The registration period will be long enough so players are able to conveniently enter in advance, but not too long so that players who register for Freerolls forget or just do not play them.
Note: 'Unregistering' is not shown as a status, but getting your buy-in entry back from a tournament is possible up until a short time before the tournament start time. Unregistering will automatically return your chips or tickets to your account bank. If you use a ticket to register, you will get back the same ticket you used to register, rather than the chips corresponding to the ticket's value.
Late Reg
Tournaments that allow late registration will be shown in the Lobby as "Late Reg" so that you can see when there is still time to enter a tournament that has already started. Remember that you cannot unregister from a tournament if you register after it starts via late registration, because you will be seated and start playing straight away.
Running
Tournaments that have started and are no longer open to any kind of registration will be labeled "Running", even if they are paused for their scheduled breaks.
Finished
Tournaments that have completed will show in the Lobby for a certain period of time after they finish so that players can check back later to see how their friends fared, or to see who won all the prizes.
Cancelled
A tournament will show as cancelled if the number of players registered does not reach a minimum threshold set to make the event worth playing. This is quite a rare thing because the minimum is usually set to two players.
