Muting another player

To mute another player, click on their username at the table. This will open their player information in the chat window. Click on the chat bubble on the right. You should see a slash appear through the bubble and that means they're actively being muted. If you want to unmute them, simply click the chat bubble again and the 'X' will disappear. This will not mute them on every table, only the table where the mute function has been enabled.

Now if you want to mute all players at the table, click "Filter: Show All" in the chat window. You then have the option to show all chat, show only player chat, show only dealer chat, or "Broadcast only", which only shows site announcements.

If you have muted them because they're being abusive, please remember to click the icon with an exclamation point near the chat bubble and fill out the required details. Our team reviews every report sent to us and we'll take action against their account if necessary.
