When you attempt to make a purchase on Replay Poker, your card may be declined for a number of reasons: the card has expired; you have insufficient funds; the card issuer sees suspicious activity that could be a sign of fraud; or you simply could have entered your payment information incorrectly.
When your payment is declined, you'll receive the following error message in your purchase window:
To ensure that this wasn't simply caused by a typo in checkout, we recommend trying to make the purchase again. If the payment declines once more, you will need to contact your bank or card issuer for more information.
Occasionally, card issuers will request that purchases be monitored for a brief period before they are processed. In this case, you'll receive the following message after your purchase:
If you receive this message, no further action needs to be taken on your end. The purchase will process after a short delay.
