Why was my credit card declined?

A card can get declined for a couple of different of reasons. Mistyping is the most common that we see -- you'll want to double check that your credit card number, CVC code, and billing zip code are all correct. The second most common reason is insufficient funds. Finally, sometimes banks will take precautionary measures and flag a transaction, preventing it from going through. Since Replay Poker uses payment processors and does not store any payment information, we are not able to view the exact reason if your card is declined.

If you're certain that your card details were entered correctly and you have enough funds, a quick call to your bank is probably your best bet. Replay Poker cannot view your bank information. Only your bank can verify why your card has been declined.
