Competition Terms and Conditions – Replay Poker

These general competition terms and conditions (the “General Competition Terms”) apply to
competitions held by Replay Poker and are to be read in conjunction with the Specific Competition
Terms and Conditions (the “Specific Competition Terms”) found below, as well as the website Terms
and Conditions that can be found here: https://www.casino.org/replaypoker/terms

Where there are any inconsistencies in relation to the conduct of the competition, the Specific
Competition T&Cs shall prevail.

1. The Promoter
The Promoter of the Competition is Replay Digital Ltd.

2. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Competition Terms, competitions are open to residents of
permitted countries (and/or states), aged 18 or over only (or the over the threshold age required
by the law of your resident country that allows you to enter such competitions), excluding
employees of any entity that owns or operates Replay Poker, their families, or agents, businesses
or anyone else professionally connected with a competition and/or the Promoter.

It is the responsibility of residents to understand the laws applicable to you in your relevant
country, state, city and/or town and to comply with the same in relation to the entry into a
competition.

3. Entry
No purchase necessary. Entry information is set out in the Specific Competition Terms. Internet
access is required.

By entering any Replay competition, you agree to be bound by these General Competition Terms,
the Website Terms and the applicable Specific Competition Terms for the relevant competition.
Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Competition Terms, entry to a competition is limited to a
one per person basis. Any duplicate, 3rd party, or scripted entries may result in suspension or
disqualification. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the
spirit or intention of the competition.

4. Odds
You are not guaranteed to win a prize, and your chance of winning will be dependent on the total
number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The method of selecting the winner will be stated in the Specific Competition Terms.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to any competition, and no
correspondence shall be entered into.

Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Competition Terms, the winner will be contacted within five
(5) working days of the closing date of the relevant competition, and the winner will be required to
respond to accept the prize and provide details within 48 hours of initial contact.

The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email. If the winner cannot
be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next
eligible entrant.

6. Prize
The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for an
alternative of equal or greater value as it deems appropriate.

7. Prize Delivery
Gift card/cash prize: We endeavour to process all prizes within five (5) business days of the prize
being accepted. Prize delivery may be received sooner, where gift cards may be sent by email,
however physical prizes that require postage and delivery may take longer, especially if the prize is
to be delivered internationally. Any cash prizes will be paid via PayPal only - there is no option for
you to be paid in another way.

Any prize won may be taxable depending on the applicable laws in your country of residence. It is
your own responsibility to report the prize to the tax authorities in your own country if you are
required to do so.

8. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants including, but not limited to, age
and residency. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for
this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the
verification.

9. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes is not eligible to
enter a competition, is attempting to fraudulently enter, cheat, or compromise the system either
by technical means (e.g., scripting or automation), or manual means (e.g. creation of multiple
accounts per entrant).

No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network,
computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of submitting responses will not be
accepted as proof of entry into a competition.

10. Data Protection
You acknowledge and agree that, by entering a competition, the Promoter may collect, process and
store your personal data including your first and last name, your email address, username and your
location (your country, state, city or town of residence), for the administration of its ongoing
relationship with you as an entrant and in connection with the relevant competition, fulfilment of our legal and regulatory obligations, and ensuring that you have satisfied legislative requirements
regarding the threshold age for participating in the competition.

If you are chosen as a winner, the Promoter may also be required to process personal information
such as your passport/identification documents, your PayPal email address and/or your postal
address as part of its verification processes and to make the payment of your prize.

Entrants may also receive marketing communications via email, where you have provided consent
to receive such marketing material. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time. Entrants
may view the Replay Poker Privacy Policy here: https://www.casino.org/replaypoker/privacy. Personal data may also be collected and stored by our business partners involved in the provision of the gamification service displayed on the website.

11. Publicity
If you are the winner of a competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your username
and/or county of residence to announce the winner of the relevant competition, whether on the
website or on the website’s social media accounts, and for any other reasonable and related
promotional purposes, or as required under any applicable law.

The winners may also be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the
Competition, such as the publication of the information and the images submitted as part of you
undertaking the competition.

12. Ownership of submissions
All competition entities from all participants, as well as all content and material submitted by the
winner to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be
returned.

The winner agrees that any content generated by the tasks undertaken during a competition will
become the property of the Promoter on receipt and may be used by the Promoter on the website.

13. General Terms
The Promoter, its agents or distributors will not, in any circumstances be responsible or liable to
compensate the winner or accept any liability for any damage, loss, personal injury or death
suffered by any entrant entering a competition or as a result of accepting or participating in any
prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its
negligence.

If for any reason a competition is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not
limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes
beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of such competition, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any
written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the
Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to these terms and conditions
and/or any competition, and no correspondence shall be entered into. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole
discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in a competition. The Promoter
reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend a competition where it becomes
necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the
Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. The Competition
Participate in our forum discussion for a chance to earn a shot at cash prizes or swag!

2. Competition Period
Entrance opens from 5pm EST on 12/17/2024 (“Opening Date”) and
closes at 10am EST on 1/17/2025 (“Closing Date”) unless the Promoter
gives notice on its website to extend the Closing Date.

3. To Enter
To enter, you must participate in the designated forum thread, abiding by all listed rules.
It is free to enter – no purchase necessary. Entry is limited to a per person basis. Any duplicate, 3rd
party, or scripted entries may result in suspension or disqualification.

4. The prize
The prize(s) are as follows:
$200, $100 x 3, $50 x 4, $25 x 4, one item of swag (t-shirt, hat, hoodie, tumbler).

5. Winner selection and notification
The winner(s) will be drawn by ordering participants by entry numerically and selection through a random tool, such as random.org. Winners will first be verified to ensure multiple entries or accounts were not submitted. They will then be notified via Direct Message on the Replay Poker site.

6. Miscellaneous
Winners must be Replay Poker players, having only entered the competition once from one account. Anyone receiving a cash prize must have an eligible PayPal account and provide proof of age (18+) by submitting a photo to support@replaypoker.com.
