Why didn't I get my friend referral bonus?

Thanks for inviting your friends to join Replay Poker! If you haven't received your friend referral bonus, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your friend has not activated their account yet. They must complete this step in addition to signing up for the site. 
2. Your friend signed up for their account from the same location as you. This means that their account would share an IP address with yours, and we do not allow referrals from the same household. This is done in order to prevent people from creating multiple accounts and trying to game the system. 
3. Your friend did not sign up using the referral link found on your Invite page.

When this happens, you can contact us at support@replaypoker.com . Please include the username of the friend you referred and we'll be happy to take a look.
