Why wasn't I awarded any tournament points?

In order to earn tournament points, you must be present for at least 50% of your hands during a tournament. If you do not meet this minimum, points will not be awarded to your account. 

All tournaments will award points, however points earned during heads up Sit & Gos and Freerolls do not count towards any of the monthly leaderboards.

It's also important to understand that the majority of our leaderboards only count your top performances toward each leaderboard when calculating your score.  For example, our MTT Low Leaderboard counts your top 40 finishes in qualifying tournaments for the month, so once you have played in at least 40 eligible tournaments that month you must finish a tournament with more points than the lowest of those 40 tournaments to see a change in score.

Any leaderboard that has a cap will explicitly state that cap on that specific leaderboard page. Using the MTT Low Leaderboard example above, you can see the top 30 cap on its page here: https://www.casino.org/replaypoker/promotions/monthly-mtt-lb-holdem-low

You can also see how many qualifying tournaments you have played in for a specific leaderboard, as well as your highest, lowest, and average point totals counted toward the leaderboard by hovering over the colored pie chart to the right of your name on the leaderboard.
